Blood Orange Thyme Fizz

This blood orange and thyme fizz recipe is per person and per glass, so bump up the amounts depending on how many people you're serving!

Ingredients

Blood Orange Thyme Fizz

  • 1/2 can sparkling water of choice I used raspberry and it was fab
  • Juice of 1/2 blood orange
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves quickly chopped
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In each glass, combine the apple cider vinegar and the chopped thyme leaves. With a muddler (oh, you fancy), back of a chopstick or other wooden and blunt tool, begin to smash the thyme leaves around in the vinegar for about 15 seconds.

  2. Get your ice in the glass now!

  3. Pour the blood orange juice on top.

  4. Top off your concoction with the sparkling water.

  5. Garnish with sprigs of thyme and sliced blood orange and you're done!

Recipe Notes

Garnish with additional sprigs of thyme and slices of blood orange.
