Spicy Roasted Nut Mix

Spicy Roasted Nut Mix

Snacky, much?

Ah, the holidays continue. A bowl of these may be required at your next shindig.

  • skipped meals
  • boredom
  • anxiety
  • meals that are too small

And, sometimes, we just want a snack. It’s all OK–something I teach a lot these days. Once we take the shame out of our choices, then we can decide which choices we’d like to be making!

So. If part of your choice includes snacking, I am HERE. FOR. IT.
